Dell P2214H Main Board In this board you can find three 24xx EEPROM I2C and one 25xx Serial Flash SPI. The 25X40CLNIG flash chip contained the main firmware for the RTDxx display controller chip. All these chips powered by a 3.3 volts DC. You may look for datasheets for more information about the chip. Reading and writing the chip memory required to be desoldered from the board to work properly. You may need a hot air SMD station, a soldering flux and a metal tweezer to remove the chip from the board. One of the device used to read and write memory chip was the CH341A USB mini programmer which is cheap and multi functional programmer. Install the CH341A Windows Driver The drivers can be found in the NeoProgrammer application root directory which folder named Drivers . Inside the drivers folder, there was a folder named CH341A which all the drivers needed to recognize CH341A device by the windows computer. To install the driver, run SETUP.EXE and click install from the setup window. There are documentations can be found in the Doc folder you can explore.
